Most recently, this past weekend the callous owner brings a family's dead baby wrapped in a towel showing no remorse nor offers to help or render aid. Mind you, the dog was there to be groomed. I have known the owner's of Happy Tails and their family for many years. Be careful with what you accuse people of. They are Christians and have always taken care of my animals and go the extra mile in their job. I have had 2 dogs die at vet hospitals here in west knoxville before I went to Happy Tails...one got out of a fence while boarding and was hit by a car and the other was killed after given the wrong vaccines. These things happen everyday everywhere! I would never go anywhere else with my animals!

There are many families that have come forward with evidence of neglect, foul play, and many deaths of animals due to their neglect. PLEASE do not take your pets here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE WITHOUT THINKING IT THROUGH. They have been investigated in the suspicious death of a pet after they left the shop unattended. You will want to do careful research on them and anyone you take a pet to.
