I am very upset with Valerie. This is the first time I have used her. She has my dog locked up in her store and I cannot get her. I left my baby at 9:00 Saturday morning and it is now 11:00 on Sunday morning. I called at 12:00 and was told by a younger worker that Valerie would call me when she finished with Maggie. I waited, not leaving the house and finally called back at 3:00 to no answer. I kept calling and calling and finally went over to the store at 5:00. No one was there. I could see my little dog in there with no water or food. I'm so upset. I wonder, what would you do. It took all I could do not to kick down the door. YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT TO PEOPLE'S ANIMALS. THAT'S KIDDNAPPING. I'm furious.
