I took my beautiful persian/angora mixed cat in for a shampoo, brush and asked to have his belly and tail area shaved. THEY SHAVED MY CAT BALD! I left the store in tears when I saw what they had done to him. When I called back to speak to the owner, her attitude was... "oh well, guess we made a mistake". When I told them I wanted a refund and an explanation she became beligerent and eventually hung the phone up on me. I will never use them again and suggest anyone who cares about their animal not use them either.

Certainly not the "Care and Quality" they advertise on their website. I'll never use them again. If you care about your pet, you shouldn't either.

I've been taking my dog there for four years and have always found them to be friendly (to me AND my dog!) and efficient. They've always done a good job, and they're less expensive than going to PetSmart or other groomers. Plus, they can almost always accommodate my schedule, even at the last minute. Never had a bad experience in 4 years.
