I have a boxer that is now 8 months old. When he was only 3 months old( approx. 20 lbs and extremely adorable!!!) several neighbors had recommended Kims...I was only getting his nails clipped so I took him. The lady that did the service was not polite at all. She didn't even say hello to my puppy, let alone hello to me. She snatched the leash out of my hand and took him. When she was done, she told me it was $10.00. I paid her. She never said thank you, come again... nothing. I then told my neighbors that they are crazy to go to a place that didn't seem to care a bit about animals or people! I have just found out that the neighbor's dog went there to get groomed and that the dog was burned by one of the groomer's! The groomer never bothered to tell the owner's that they did that to the dog.. The owner's had to find the burn on their own!!! I am appalled that these people have terrible people skills as well as no common courtesy to tell people when they have made a mistake. If you want you and your dog to feel unwelcome and used, go to Kim's. They perform that service just fine.
