you really can post anything on the Internet. I can assure you that I am in no way related to Wendy. Just a loyal and happy customer of two years. My dog is always well taken care of when in Wendy's care. Her prices are reasonable and she has my dog in and out in as short a time as possible as she knows I don't like to leave her anywhere without me other than home. My dog has never once expressed fear of Wendy or any of her staff. She is actually excited to see Wendy when we arrive. The facilities are clean and well maintained. As someone who took their dog to Shaggy Dog (dangerous!!) and Zoofarri (Nasty!!) before discovering Dogs and Suds, I consider myself a very picky pet parent. I would NEVER entrust the health or safety of my dog to someone who seems less than professional. I would and have recommended Wendy to friends, family and neighbors, all of whom report very positive experiences. Obviously the other posters have personal issues with Wendy. If I were her I would look into an attorney who specializes in slander cases.

this shop is one of the last places you want to take your dog and ashlee is her dautghter but has no clue as to what goes on day to day in this shop I left a review a while back as long term client well if could remove it I would I have seen drugs deals take place wendy persang holding partys for underage kids and giveing them drugs and letting them drink I have seen with my own eyes dog that have been beaten and abused and kicked across the shop for no reason other then wendys injoy ment i see dogs hurt and nothing said to the owners wendy doesnt pay her bills or her debts she points the fiingers at everyone but her self for all the problems in life she has and all the drama she is a con artest and will steal from you in a heart beat she even steal from children i but she think it be intresting to hear what more Lisa knows no one should use this shop and its shocking that she can go on running a shop like this and not paying any taxes of any kind for the last 10 years befor she even got the shop she owed over $160,000 dollars in back taxes please if you love your dog youll never use this shop because your dog will be hurt and abused and when you try to question her about any of it or if your foolish enough to give her money she avoid you and do all she can to keep you away and from paying you back this is just not a safe place and her work in underpar for a groomer

Lisa is right Ashlee is her daughter she doesn't pay her bills and she will con and steal from any one even kids in a heart beat her hook is poor me and she does blame everything on ever one but the person she should her self I have seen in the time I known her dogs beaten kicked across the shop floor hang off the grooming table and left choking and kicking for there very life she deals drugs out of her shop as well as to giving to kids and I have seen her hold underage drinking parties for kids underage as well as giving them drugs i see her hurt a number of dogs and then never say a word to the owner of that dog about how it happen and when they try to question her about it she just avoids them altogether I would never tell any one to use her shop or put any kind of faith or trust in her with there beloved pets and if i could change my last review or pull it off this site I would because im no longer a long term client

Ashlee is her daughter so what do you expect her to write! And her work is disgusting.She doesn't pay her bills, and will con or steal from you in a heart beat.I will NEVER take one of my animals to her again! She blames everything on everyone else, and all smell of pot and etc is terrible. I can so say much more , but I don't have the room.

ME and my husband took our dog to this shop back in 09 and things seemed fine it looked like a nice shop. smelled like cat inside but seeing she had one we didn't think much about it. We talked to a lady named wendy who said she was the owner an groomer. we talked about her shop and what the cost was. The next day we took our dog back for a bath and groom. she had our dog all day we droped him off a little after 9am and didnt get him back till just about 5 pm Wendy carried our dog over to us and handed us our dog we paid her cash as she said she didn't take checks from first timers when we got home we saw the dog was favoring one of his legs like he couldn't walk on it so we took him to the vet we then found out the dog had a broken leg the next day we called wendy and told her what had happen and she said she get back with us but she never returned any of or calls and left us stuck with a big vet bill and a hurt dog just because she has open doors and windows dont be fooled if it happen to us it very well can happen to your beloved pet as well

as i worked her for a very short time i can tell you this is not a shop i would tell any one to use ever i seen things like dogs being left to sit in there waste for hours dogs mistreated and abused buy the staff and groomer kicked or hit with clipers for as little as not sitting still on a table i have seen drug deals take place in the shop and have sen the owner/ groomer get high only to go cutting on someones dogs high i have seen dogs hurt and nothing ever said to the owner of the dog this is not a shop i would tell any one to use

i have been to this shop a number of time and wendy the so called owner of this shop is a very dishonest and not trust worthy person who does not pay her debits i have seen dogs locked in cages for hrs and left to sit in there own body waste i have seen drug sales and drug use take place in and out of the shop i have see dogs abused and mistreated and chocked for not sitting still the shop always smells bad an there alot of questionable people hanging around the shop i would not tell any one to take there dog to this shop

I've been to Zoofari in Grove City, and the smell as well as the treatment of the animals is horrific. I've also tried Petsmart, and they do a horrible job grooming. I read the AWESOME reviews on city search of Dawg N Sudz, and was very pleased that they were right. They take good care of my dogs, take them outside to potty, they're clean, they smell good, excellent haircuts, laid back but professional staff, polite, the shop is clean, and best of all, there's no hidden doors! A lot of the grooming shops nowadays have these hidden rooms that they take your dog back to when you drop them off. Not here. You can clearly see everything there is to see from even outside! I recommend this grooming shop to everyone I know that owns dogs. I'm not sure where the bad reviews came from, because I've never seen anything like that happen and I've been going to Dawg N Sudz since Wendy took over as owner (at least three years). Also, cage dryers are NOT hazardous to pets. They're only a danger if the dog is left in a closed space with no ventilation and no supervision, which clearly doesn't happen at Dawg N Sudz.

i have been taking my dogs to dawgs n suds for years being the owner of a few breads. i can tell you the salt worth of having a great groomer! the fact that her prices are easy on the bank acount are just one of the many saleing the biggest being how relaxed and unstressed my dogs have alwas been and treated with love buy all the staff even my older ones that had some problems wee treated with love where others refused to due them and for them i think it even made them feel truely specail you could almost see it in there eyes i would so tell you to take your dogs to dawg n sudz they love you more for it and youll love the fact you did

This is a vile place. There have been times when the bills weren't paid and the water wasn't heated. The place also never had heat in the winter. It's just a cinder block garage! Nice people, just really backwoodsy. Spend a little more and go to a reputable groomer. They also use cage dryers which is a hazard to your pet!!

I went to this place. It smelled awful. I was very apprehensive about leaving my Lab. there. They said they'd take good care of her. Well they didn't. They kept her for 9 hours and after we picked her up and took her home. When I called to check on her the assistant was yelling at a dog in the background. Apparently they had cut her nails too low and she was dripping blood. We tried contacting Wendy and we've gotten no phone calls back. We've tried filing complaints and apparently they're not even listed as a business.
