actually.... they take your dog early because they have too many dogs a day to groom.. its a small place.. this BITCH dont know what shes talking about. move away then...

Wow! We just moved here, and needed to get our dog groomed before vacation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
First, they require you to drop the dog off early in the morning; my dog was dropped off at 8:30 am and not ready until 1:30! Then, they do not take credit cards, only cash or checks----and no atm around. Finally, they did a simply terrible job of grooming my Westie! They gave her what looks like an extremely short puppy cut all over (so short that she'll have to stay out of the sun for weeks!)instead of a regular grooming. They made my dog look like a total stranger....and not in a good way.
