I started taking my Yorkie here several years ago and they did a better job they anyone else in the local area. My Yorkie has since passed but I now have two Coton de Tulear's and I could not be more satisfied. The breeder, who also shows dogs, has even complimented me on their beautiful cut. My dogs don't shake, cry or "put the brakes on" when I drop them off, they happily go to the groomer which assures me their getting tender loving care while their there.

I couldn't be more satisfied not only with the service here but more importantly with the tender loving care they provide my pets while in their care. I have never had a complaint and would recommend them to the most discriminating customer.

Horrible Customer Service

I am not sure what their problem is, but customer service is not a priority for them. They make you feel like it is a problem for them to groom your dog. They talk down to you, and let you know everthing you do is wrong with your dog. I really feel they need to take a class in customer service.
