Rhonda is in la la land

Olga's own dogs do not even get regular vet visits. Heart of Gold lol. Takeing your dogs there will be putting them at risk. Check craigslist where her employees were witnissed kicking a dog.

We love Olga's Dog Spa!!
Reviewer: Rhonda
I've been taking my Airedales to olga's Spa for years and years. Olga is a very busy lady, but she has always treated us with kindness and respect. My 4 Airedales have all loved her and they prance in willingly. I love that Olga has a no cage policy so our girls get to roam around freely while waiting to be groomed. There are several layers of 'doggy security' so there is NO way the dogs can get out. Olga also has a fully fenced yard where the dogs can run freely when they need a break. I have always been greeted by an individual with a notebook in hand and I've always been asked for my most recent contact information even though I've been going there for years.
I think the 'negative' comments from others below must have caught Olga on a rare day because I have never experienced a bad attitude at her Doggy Spa.
Olga loves her dogs and she regularly helps out with old, rescued, and difficult dogs. She has a heart of gold for her animals.
Olga also does the absolute best grooming job on my airedales!!

I too have taken my dog to Olga's
Reviewer: Meme
For quite a few years I have taken my dog to Olga's. I never really had any problems with her until recently. I too had told her a specific cut to do and when I picked my dog up it wasnt what I asked. I was told that it's not a person and she does the best she can. When I told Olga about my concerns, I too endured the Wrath of Olga. I do pray that her customer service skills improve as I would hate to see anyone lose their business over something that is in their control.

Olga needs a lesson in customer service!!!
Reviewer: Blair
I have taken my standard poodle into Olga's for several full-service groomings. The groom was OK at best, but what stood out to me was the LACK of customer service. To start with, they never took my name or phone number when I made my first appointment. I had to ask them to take down my information once I dropped her off so they could call me when she was ready. God forbid there be an emergency... or they give my dog to someone else! (I wouldn't be surprised since they didn't know her owners name) After a few more appointments I finally decided to take her elsewhere for her grooming. Well, recently my boyfriend called Olga to make an appointment (it is within walking distance from our house). She not only chewed him out for expecting an appointment that very week he called (shudder), but she also decided to lecture him on the "artistry of a poodle's clip" and how to care for our dog's coat, condescendingly I might add. When he finally got her there he told Olga (keep in mind he's no expert) to do whatever she's suppose to do. Now, here's where I have the problem. I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars to get her cut just right, and grow her poms out. Her cut was set, all Olga had to do was bathe and clip (following the precut design). Well she had the AUDACITY to tell him that guys shouldn't have a poodle with poms, and took it upon herself to make the decision to CUT THEM DOWN! (without consulting either of us) Now, I'm not an unreasonable person, I do not want them excessively fluffy, just defined poofs, however this is NOT HER DECISION TO MAKE. Needless to say, she will not be returning to Olga's. Her service is OK, not great, but her customer relations are horrendous. If you do choose to take your dog there, be sure to be VERY clear about your expectations, and watch out for "The Wrath of Olga!"
