“This place is terrible the staff has no clue what they are doing all but a couple Megan and Les they are very good and work hard and care for the animals honestly the place would be best ran with just them Trish doesn't do her job at all she doesn't even stand up to greet the staff or do anything she's supposed to I have seen the girl in the kennel on her phone more than helping out and doing her job the assistant there is ugly and hateful to clients and other staff members she has no idea what she is doing she will poke and poke in a dog trying to get blood instead of letting someone who knows what they are doing help she is not capable to do more than one task at a time and she is slow as christmas the two people that know what they are doing is the only thing keeping that place going and honestly I feel terrible for them they do not get recognized for it at all they get treated badly by the boss and talked to like they are a dog that is not a business I would want to be a part of or bring my animals to I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and for the two people there I did like yall need to just find somewhere better and let the place sink like it needs to horrible horrible place to go to!! If you love your animals DO NOT TAKE THEM TO JAMESLANDING PERIOD!!!”

“I actually worked here & took my pets here....NEVER EVER again. absolutely the WORST place for your beloved pets. after getting my cat treated here he DIED! and so did three other pets! they were fine, just going in for check-ups and always lived in doors. not even a month after being at this horrid place they died. also my friend had her dogs ears cropped here and they were crooked! and by crooked I'm mean very crooked it looked as if the Dr. did the surgery with his eyes closed. also the staff is very mean and nasty to pets. they'll hit and slam your pets down as well as spray them in the face with water when they are in the kennels. that place is so awful I wouldn't even house prisoners in there! it's a sure fire death sentence for your pet. by all means stay AWAY form this establishment”

“The front counter representative, Trish, has the worst attitude I've ever seen. She has been rude to both my husband and myself and when I reported this to her boss, he packed up our pet's medical records & sent us on our way. We will never return to this place and will not encourage anyone to go to this vet.”

“Jamestown Landing is without question the worst veterinary clinic our family has ever visited. After taking our cat of 4 years to have an elective surgery, she began to regurgitate her food. To avoid all the specific details of the medical aliments, let me just say that are family has never felt more mistreated by a professional establishment then we did by Jamestown’s staff and doctors. They we’re rude and arrogant in their dealings with us and the strange thing our family does not know what motivated such behavior. Please just take my word and visit another clinic… But before you do, make sure you check the doctors out first. If only we could go back in time, this vet would have been bypassed!”
