Christine the owner of St jasmes Dog grooming was caught on video beating a small muzzled dog. The ADA allowed her to plea to a lessor charge of "attempted property danage" , if you love your pet, stay away from this grooming shop. She is on a years probation and court ordered anger management classes. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

St James Dog Grooming does an excellent job grooming dogs. Our 3 dogs have been clients of this establishment for 12 years and Christine has taken care of them sinc she took over the business. The dogs love going there and she genuinely loves them. Her staff is great and the dogs look great.

I have witnessed Christine lose her temper with many a dog. Christine puts on a great show. The shop has been aroung for over 12 years, in that time the business has had 4 different owners. Christine bought the business in the Spring of 2004. My own dogs wouldn't even let Christine touch them. They freaked out as soon as she came near them. They never behaved like that before or since. It's sad that there are customers that have no clue as to how their dogs have really been treated. It's upsetting that these same customers are defending a woman who has no business being around our beloved pooches.
