I cannot speak of the haircuts because I have a Lab. They blow dry him by hand so there is so much less hair when we get home. Sam pulls me in and likes his groomers. I have always been happy there and we have tried others.

I have a poochon ( poodle & Bichon) dropped my dog to get groomed and picked her up and it looked like she had been beaten.. She had bald spots through out her body. I made an appt with one person and they put my dog off on someone else and did not tell me till i picked her up! I would never ever go back. They wouldn't even give me a refund!!!

This place is SQUALID. Stopped by to check it out and schedule grooming for my dogs and left within 5 minutes. The place smelled like an anus. Staff was rude to customers as well as each other. Nobody even asked me if I needed help or wanted to schedule an appointment. Waited a few minutes, watched a groomer put a new dog on an unwiped grooming table, leave the dog unattended to go shoot the breeze with another groomer (wat!?), and I decided to learn how to groom my own dogs, which has been trying but far more rewarding than ever having to worry about leaving them at a place like this.

I bring my bichon frise here all the time, for maybe the past 5 years and I've never had a problem, the people are so nice. I have Christine cut my pet's hair and she comes out beautiful - and is never clipped or cut or anything. The receptionist is sweet and the groomers remember my dog and know her little silly ways, to make them very effecient in making her look just fabulous. Sorry for the people that had a bad experience, but I couldn't stand for having only bad feedback out there when I think this place is the best, would definitely recommend (and I am not an employee there or a friend of one, just wanted to set the record straight)

Avoid this dump at all costs!!!

Inexperienced, rude, extremely rough, unsafe, over priced.

Dog was cut in two places and I was left to pay the vet bill.

the only positive reviews were written by the groomers themselves.

The owner knows NOTHING about dogs, just in it for the money

Don't Get Your Dog Groomed Here

I took my dog to get groomed. Both of her ears were cut and were bleeding significantly, the people were terrible and they charged me $100 when they quoted me $70. This place should not be in business.

Great grooming experience

I took 4 matted little mixed breed dogs to this shop, and the groomer/owner, Kristine, did a fantastic job on them. Not only were they healthier looking and acting, they all 4 looked cute as could be. Kris was especially gentle with the eldest pooch who is 16 years old. I was very please with the treatment and the skill with which she handled these dogs. I highly recommend her services. - Leigh Sansone

Overpriced and disappointing

Your review Overpriced, moderately skilled dog grooming shop - Amy - Today This shop cannot be counted on to give an accurate estimate prior to doing the job of grooming your dog. When they give you a price, it doesn't include things like trimming the fur, so that when you pick up the pet you're completely blindsided by a huge bill. Additionally, the resulting haircut was very uneven, and my dog, who has a soft, rounded appearance ended up with a crew cut on top. Worst of all, dealing with the owner of this shop demonstrated a complete lack of respect for the customer, little business sense and no desire at all to negotiate a satisfactory result with the customer. This was the worst grooming experience I've had in 20 years of dealing with this profession; not representative, or a good reflection at all.
