My husband and I used them once to shelter our lab. When we arrived at the stroke of closing after fighting shore traffic all day, they would not give us our dog. Since they were closed the following day, we had to wait two days to pick her up.
I was so mad. The workers were all there and could have easily processed the paperwork, but because the clock was 1 minute past noon, they wouldn't help us.
