I would not recommend this groomer under any circumstance. They cut our dog 3 times (on 3 separate occassions). Although, they weren't horrible cuts, the 3rd time did result in more bleeding. I tried to calmly discuss this with the owner over the phone. Instead of having the outlook of "the customer is always right", she barely let me get a complete sentence out before she told me to take my dog elsewhere. Very bad business women!!!!!

Although my dog is not too social with other dogs, this groomer has no problem handling my 100 pound boxer. He's frequented this groomer many times for his baths (which he's not very fond of either!) and has been treated with kindness. The owner as well as the workers have always been courteous and professional.

I have brought my dog here several times and know family members who have been going a long time. We are always more than satisfied with the great job they do! In the Doghouse is the best groomer one can find in the area!!

To jrc we know who you are! An irate costumer that takes very poor care of her animal hence his behavior during grooming is atrocious! Yes your dog was nicked once at our shop not his fault not ours but yours and yes we do appreciate you taking him elsewhere since your lack of care for him causes him to be a huge liability!!!!!
