they took almost 5 hrs to do my two yorkies and when i returned to pick them up they had the blinds closed so we couldn't see into the work area. they brought my one dog out with scabs all over the top of her head from where they had brushes and ripped her hair "because it was knotted".. they then tried to tell me the that the scabs were already there when i dropped her off. they charged me $60 each. i will NOT be returning there, but going back to madison feed and groom where they charge only $45 and do a much better job!!

What a hideous, horrible place. It took them over 4 hours to do my Labradoodle and when I got him he was filled with anxiety and practically flew into my arms (which is not normal for him). I got him and noticed he had OVER 8 NICKS that were starting to scab over. HORRIBLE!! I would never ever go to this place if I was you and you loved your pet!
