The owner is very rude and abbusive. There are over 10 puppies per kiddie pool! Kiddie Pool!!! That should say it all! Not only is that white trash, but the place is dirty and stinks even after they've cleaned. Every time I go in I also see at least half the dogs coughing, sneezing, or just plain sickly looking.

We were overjoyed to find out that there were appointments available so close to the holidays (I now know that an underbooked groomer is a low-quality groomer) but as we were about to walk in for our appointment we hear dogs barking and crying and a woman scream, "SHUT UP!!" I then get back in my car and go home only to be harassed by phone calls from an employee telling me that I was overreacting and attempting to justify the screamer's actions. I would not use this groomer unless you want your dog to be screamed at to shut up.
