They absolutely butchered my dogs. Despite having alerted them to be careful of a mole on the older dog's back, they cut into it. They also trimmed her nails past the quick to the point where one was bleeding. In addition, the cut they gave the dogs was dramatically different from what was specified. I would never consider taking the dogs back.
