This vet clinic has VERY poor customer service. I've met with poor attitude everytime I've visited the clinic. They also don't explain to the fullest extent what is required for your pet. I was bringing my cat in for a simple shave which already required sedation; what they didn't explain is all the other numerous charges that I would face because her vaccines were not up to date. Which they would have known that from the office visit I had just the previous week. I will go out of my way to not take ANY of my four pets to this clinic.

This vet clinic definately has very POOR customer service. Every time I've visted the clinic I'v been met with such an attitude from the receptionists. I've also been mislead when bringing my cat in for a simple shave which required sedation but was not told that I needed a list of other things done to the cat which also included an office charge. I was met with such attitude by the receptionist because she was unable to find my previous vet without any guidance from me but just kept throwing her hands in the air because she was unable to find it. I really couldn't take the attitude anymore and ended up walking out. Needless to say without my cat getting taking care of. I have four pets and I will NEVER take any of them to this vet clinic again. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere.

To expensive. U charge $39.50 for an "examination"/office visit which consisted of was walkin into a room and then u charge $19.50 to get a ear swab. ok so what did we get for our $39.50 besides a oh hi how are you doing. I don't think this is right at all. My bill ended up being over a hundred dollars for an ear infection.
