My dog went to this groomer and had great service, and the groomers said he was a "perfect gentleman" and complimented me on his great behavior. I left a large tip, and was really happy. Then I called back 8 weeks later for another appointment, they asked his breed first (Am. Staff mix) and when I gave it, they said "We never take those dogs!" and HUNG UP on me before I could say anything. While I understand not taking dogs with behavior problems, I was really offended that my obedience-trained, friendly dog was rejected out of hand, and I was astonished by the employee's rudeness. I will make sure all my dog-owning friends know about this.
