My dogs didn't look different when I picked them up. They BOTH had mats still in their fur, behind their ears and on ones butt. The hair on one dogs legs and his face was not cut at all. They did the bare minimum for thirty something dollars each. I am not happy and will not go back. Now I'm wondering what else they didn't do.
