I have used the barking lot now 3 times and that was my final time. They shaved one of my dogs so short that you could see his pink skin the other dog they didn't cut his hair at all, and then charged me for a full groom. My dogs were there for 5 and a half hours and i did not get to pick them up till almost 10 at night. Both dogs came home traumatized. My one dog had accidents in the house for 2 days after. I will never go again
