Please do not subject your beloved animal to this establishment's poor service and apparently uncaring approach. My own pet had a heart-wrenching experience with Ambassador, the details of which I would prefer not to recount here. But you don't have to take my word for it: a quick read of the numerous awful reviews around the internet will tell you all you need to know: this is no place to bring your dog or cat.
