I took my dog here and it was a traumatizing experience for her. The man at the front desk does not have a good personality at all and has horrible bedside manor when it comes to making doggies feel comfortable. My dog was there all day, they were late getting her groomed and when I picked her up she drank 2 bowls of water and was traumatized for a week! Mean man but good cut...he "lost" our card from last year stating "we dont generally hold onto them when they only come once per year"....he was SO horrible horrible horrible...I could go on...

I just had my sch and lab cleaned at portgrooming and i lovvvved it the frfriendly family attitude and service made me glad finly people who cares about my loved ones thank you portgrooming xoxox
