The first time we boarded our pet at Whimsey Park we made arrangements to pick up our pet after hours. The owner failed to show up at the time of the appointment. We found her home phone number and were able to make her honor her appointment. The second time we boarded our pet we made arrangements for after hours pickup after owners assurance that it was okay. She failed to show up for appointment and attempted make a teenage employee charge us for boarding the following day. She lives next door to the kennel and even though we could tell she was home she wouldn't answer the phone or return our calls. I don't recommend using this boarding facility.
