HORRIBLE! If you love your animals, you will NOT take your pets to this place. The staff are HIGHLY unprofessional and obviously do not know the "proper" way to handle a feline. I would love to explain more but due to fear of recoursive action, I will refrain. PETA is my next stop for this business!
