These groomers take the time to get to know and spoil your dog. I have gone to two previous groomers that were adequate. However, my dog actually likes to see these groomers. I know she is in good hands and have used them for over 5 years.

I would not recommend this establishment anymore. I have been taking pets to this groomer for about 10 years and they recently caused a burn on my golden retrievers rear, which she did not have prior to dropping her off. I took her to the vet and they determined it was attributed to the recent grooming session. I presented the receipt and vet information and requested that they credit the grooming session and vet costs and they would not. I have decided to not take my pet there anymore and have also advised friends/family of the incident.
