  “I've been having my collies groomed by Janet at Pawfection for many years. There isn't a better place to care for your babies. Janet is kind and loving and her family is wonderful too! I wouldn't take my collies anywhere else!!! I highly recommend Pawfection.”

  “Todd has been coming to Pawfection since 2005, and he gets excited as we pull into the parking lot! Sheldon has been coming to Pawfection since 2010, and although he does not appreciate having all the dirt being washed from his coat he allows Pattie to give him a great cut! The folks at Pawfection are PROFESSIONALs who provide genuine care to our four-legged family members. Will soon bring our 8 mos. Min Pin. Previously, we took Gizelle to Petco because it was a little less expensive, but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. I wouldn't bring her to Pawfection if I did not have confidence in the work of these individuals.”

  “I have 2 Labs and 2 Dachshunds and they love the crew here. My shy lab warmed up to the place in no time and our Big Labs have always gotten great nail trims and enjoy coming here.
  
  Our Long Haired Dachshund cuts are great with no snarls and we have always been pleased. To Caroline go to PetsMart pay more get less and feel good. Our animals like Pawfections and we like how they are treated so when all is said and done it is a matter of opinion.”

  “I took my dogs here and was very unhappy. It is overpriced for the quality of grooms my dogs recieved and the people that work there don't really seem to know what they're doing. I now take my dogs across the street to PetSmart and have never been happier with the price and quality of the groom.”

  “I have been taking my dog to pawfection for quite some time. I find the people there very nice and friendly. When I first started going there my dog had very bad allergies and nothing I was doing helped, but once I went to pawfection the actual owner came up front to talk to me about what she could do to help my pet get through is itching months. The owner did not even charge me the first time we tried giving my dog a medicated bath to see if it helped.
  For anyone looking for a great groomer and friendly establishment, I suggest going to pawfection. No, matter what anyone has to say, I completely trust this groomer with my best friend.”

  “A final response to the management. Again you have proven your disregard of the customer by attempting to shift the blame instead of admitting a mistake. Our dogs anal glands have never caused problems when he was taken to other groomers. Our solution is quite simple: We will take our business elsewhere.”

  “In response to this customer's complaint....
  
  We strive for nothing but excellence at all times.
  
  The dogs irritation could very well be caused by the squeezing of the anal glands which we felt we needed to do due to the enlargement of the glands which usually may result in scooting, licking of the butt and for some redness. We were NEVER informed by this owner that glands could not be squeezed.
  
  The groomer who performed this service is VERY experienced and ALWAYS takes the time to listen to clients. This pet was IN FACT scissored and NOT shaved as this customer insists.
  
  It's an unfortunate situation when there's miscommunication. We value our reputation and the SAFETY of all our K-9's!!”

  “Our dog has extremely sensitive skin and we had the manager make a note on the record that our dog's underside had to be scissor cut and not shaved. When I dropped him off yesterday I again reminded the manager. Unfortunately the groomer ignored the instructions and as a result we now have a dog that is extremely uncomfortable and whines all night long due to the pain. We are extremely disappointed with Pawfections lack of consideration and their habit of ignoring instructions. We will never give this groomer our business again and strongly recommend you do NOT use this groomer.”
