Sorry... but I walked in twice - once to ask if they'd display an open house ad for me and once to make an appoinment - both times, I felt like I was intruding on them -being stared at by whoever was in back room grooming. Cancelled appoinment-if they're not friendly to me, how they going to treat my dogs?

After a nightmare appointment at the Tinley Park Petsmart for my then 5 month old Yorkie puppy~ I stopped for a little advice. Not only did the owner opened the door for me after the store was closed but she was very nice to both me and my puppy. She reassured me that she would take great care of Pebbles after her traumatic experience at that other groomer and that she would take extra care to ease her into the grooming experience. Love them and so does Pebbles! We are going there today after they accommodated me when I called this morning on a grooming whim.

Excellent, they treat my dog great, very professional service, accomodating to scheduling. Also informed me about my dogs health when they noticed an eye allergy. Best groomer in Mokena. The other reviewer seemed mad because she couldnt post her real estate papers on the window, hardly fair. I dont let people post on my business window either.
