I just moved to Phoenix...a groomer here ruined my Westie cut....all three of my dogs have been groomed by Missy since they were born and the oldest one was 15 when he passed away a year ago...even in training Missy did a great job!!! My boys always loved going to her and were always well groomed & loved by her...she cried when our old boy died...if I had the money, I'd fly her to Phoenix every 6 weeks to groom my boys...you can't beat her quality, service, prices or compassion!!!! WE MISS YOU MISSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently, I entered my dog, 12.5 yr old Niziane Des Marlivier of Sevenwoods, in the Cavaliers of the Midwest Dog Show. She won the title of "Best Veteran in Show". I'm telling you this because a great looking dog with a great looking coat does not happen overnight! Not only did Missy groom Nizi 2 days before the show, but has been grooming her for 2 yrs! Missy is a talented groomer and tops that talent off with a heart of gold. I have watched her with other dogs and she treats them all the same with patience and love. No matter their origins, they are all Champions in Missy's eyes!

Missy is the kindest person to the animals that I have ever seen. My dog is HUGE and rambunctious and she gets on the floor with her to groom her. I have never had someone do such a good job on all facets of grooming.

Grooming Unleashed is fantastic, there are tons of foo foo places that charge crazy money but simply don't provide a good quality service. Grooming Unleashed is exactly the opposite ... fantastic service, convenient hours, great prices etc.

Hi, my name is Zoe and I am a client for 3 years of Grooming Unleashed and my Aunt Missy takes very good care of me when I am groomed. Although I am a Terrier and known to be difficult she knows how to handle me and gives me loving kindness; besides, I look so beautiful when I leave. She even allows my brother Dakota to roam around while I am being groomed. So all you scaredy cats, I mean dogs, lighten up and relax; I know some of you from the street. My Mom has even recommended some of my other doggy friends and they are happy too. So be nice or I will bite you myself, grrrrrrrrrr. Just kidding:)

We've brought our 2 dogs to Grooming Unleashed for the past 7 years. The owner is very accomodating and does a agreat job with my dogs. She even goes so far as to keep them for extended periods when we have guests at our house or when we need to do some extra work around the house and need the dogs to be tended to.

The hair cuts are great, and, considering one of my dogs is very energetic and likes to bounce around, we haven't had any disappointments. It takes time to bathe, dry and cut, so people who complain about time need to get a grip and realize that it's not a quick process.

It's hard to find someone who takes such good care of the dogs while they're being groomed. I can't imagine bringing my dogs anywhere else.

We have been bringing our Bichon Frise to Grooming Unleashed for 5 years. She gets very personalized service and our "baby" tries to climb the groomer to be held. We are extremely happy and will keep coming back.

My two dogs (they are 2 now) absolutely LOVE the owner of Grooming Unleashed in Streamwood. At the mention of her name, they get excited to get in the car! The owner treats my dogs like they are her own and it shows because my dogs are so happy to see her. As far as the person who wrote the negative review below, they probably are not happy with anything in life and just looking to say bad things about others that are not true. However, If you have a bad experience with any place, you should not be a coward and post negative reviews without talking to the person you feel didn't give you the kind of service you felt you should have received. I have recommended this place to many friends and they love it there too! We are moving soon and even when we move, I will drive over 30 minutes to have my dogs groomed here - that is how much I love this place! The price is amazing, although its the service that keeps me and my dogs coming back. The owner loves all dogs and that is evident in the time she takes with them.

When I drop off my dogs the groomer always ask how I want the dogs groomed.She gives me an estmate on how long they will be there,and it varies on how many dogs are ahead of them.She will call when they are ready.When I pick them up they are clean,groomed,and well taken care of. It is very hard to find a good place to take your dogs to be groomed. I found mine and wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I have been taking my dog to Grooming Unleashed for several years now. We have a Yorkshire Terrier that is highly energetic and characteristically a very nervous dog. After a few times of going there, she is always excited to see the owner. I know that sometimes in the past when my dog didn't cooperate it could difficult to give her a haircut, but I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the services.

The prices are competitive and the personal touch is wonderful. This past holiday season I even got a small bag of homemade treats. No one I have ever gone to has provided service of this quality.

Go to Grooming Unleashed, be patient, and please try to understand that dogs are still animals that may not always cooperate. You will not be sorry and will surely go back.

I own a rescued siberian husky who was abused.I talked to the owner of grooming unleashed about my dog's situation and she recommand I could stay.It took about 2 hours of tender loving care and patience but I believe my pet had a good experiance and recommand going to grooming unleashed especially for special needs pets.

I OWN A RESCUED HUSKY WHO WAS ABUSED.THE OWNER OF GROOMING UNLEASHED SHOWED MY DOG NOTHING BUT LOVING CARE.I WAS ALOUD TO STAY WITH MY PET THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS.I WAS THERE FOR MAYBE TOLD OF 1 1/2 HOURS TO 2.IF YOU WANT A JOB DONE RIGHT YOU NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE.

This place is horrible. They dont treat the dogs like there own, like their slogan say. My dog was there for 4.5 hours and when I picked up my dog, she was shivering. Her hair cut was awful; she had a few areas longer than others that were very obvious I dont understand why they left it like that. She was there a sufficient amount of time. My dogs face looked like it wasnt washed. I feel so bad for leaving my dog there if I could take it back I would. I wouldnt have paid a dollar for what they did. I had to go home and give her a shower and even out her hair.
