My pets sat in a cage for 6 hours before even being looked at, i'm sure they were not taken out to go potty because there is no where to take them. They were simple shave downs, completly streaked and uneven, not to mention did they have a bath? When i called to speak to the owner about this, she herself was very rude, and pretty much told me the service she provided was fine. I am not at all please with the service at this local grooming salon...
