Did nothing that was advertised and wanted to charge $30 for it. When I picked my dog up, her ears were still full of hair and smelly wax - had not been cleaned at all, the hair between her foot pads had not been trimmed, her muzzle was still stained and her face had been shaved after I specifically requested it not be. The woman also failed to mention, nor were there any signs indicating, that she did not accept credit or debit cards - only cash. Whatever "treat" she gave my dog made her throw up and she came home with her ears smelling more strongly than her shampoo. Never again.
