The Doggy Store

We have been shopping at this store for a while, Their service has never been great and their products met our needs. We made the mistake of switching the diet we feed our dogs to an organic brand that they sell. UNFORTUNATELY, They are among the few that carry the brand. We arrived at 7pm as they were closing to purchase a $40 bag of food. we explained that we reside over 20 miles away and the dogs were practically out of food. A very rude WE ARE CLOSED was the only comment made and then they locked the door. Upon visiting them a second time and inquiring about who else carries the brand of food along with requesting vendor information for the organic food, the OWNER became rude and nasty and said that she did not want our business and had to leave. She would not explain why such a poor level of customer service or why the unpleasant attitude. DO NOT give this store your money, they are not friendly and can be confrontational.
