I brought my dog in there on Saturday for a haircut and nails clipped. The place I normally take him was booked so I figured I would give them a shot. When we pulled up my dog was petrified, wouldnt even walk in the front door. It was his first time there and I thought it was just nerves. After we entered I heard loud rock music coming from the back and my dog still insisted on leaving. The girl came out from the back and got my info. In the back round i heard loud music and loud barking of other dogs. My dog tried to book it for the door the third time but I told him it was going to be okay. The girl came over and picked him up and wisked him away to the back. I picked him up and to my surprise they cleaned his eye boogies but also left that area raw. I should have went with my gut instincts and walked out the minute I walked in. I will never ever go back except for answers as to why that area is raw and will it ever heal. STAY AWAY FROM TAIL WAGGERS your pet will thank you
