My daughter took Gordi, her long hair cat for a grooming service appointment on Tuesday last.Gordi had a few spots of matted hair and she was told that there it was no alternative other than shaving Gordi's hair completely. Tender Care personnel was rude, unresponsive and uncompasionate when my daughter asked for obvious details such as how long would it take for Gordi to grow his hair back, what special care would be necessary for protecing Gordi's health. My daughter decided then not to leave Gordi there and came back home. I called in an hour later and asked to speak with Business Manager to complain. I was told she was not in the office but I could leave a voice message which I did. To date I have not received any call from her and I believe this is unaceptable.I am taking my business elsewhere and I would caution other customers about this distateful experience.
