Woofytail did a horrible job of grooming on my dog. They cut his skin in 5 areas, forgot to trim the hair within his ears, didn't cut off knots, and nearly choked him trying to put on a bow.
They used to groom well but now the jobs are done sloppily and inflict pain on the dogs.
