this is actually one of the few good hospitals i've been to, great doctors, friendly and caring staff, if they have been in the san fernando valley for over 40 years there is probably a good reason don't you all think? i hightly recommend them to all my family and friends.

My dogs went there two (2) years in a row for boarding while I was on vacation and each time she got sick. They did not own up to their responsibility as to my dog getting sick there and I had to pay to get her a shot and medication to make her better. I think the facility is not clean and that the facility needs to be investigated to see what conditions they are keeping the dogs in.

WORST PLACE TO GO TO SPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY! THE FIRST TIME I WENT I LOST MY DOG. I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH COLD AND CRUEL PEOPLE UNTIL I WENT TO V.A.H. THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY DOG OR ANY OF THE ANIMALS THEY JUST CARED ABOUT THE MONEY. I DROPPED 600 ON THE SPOT BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT EVEN SEE MY DOG WITHOUT IT. TOTALS CAME OVER TO $2000 FOR HAVING HIM IN THEIR CARE OVERNIGHT. I SPENT 10 YEARS WITH THAT DOG AND TO HAVE LOST HIM IN SUCH A HORRIBLE WAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE IS THE WORST. IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS LOOK UP MORE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE HOW BAD THAT PLACE IS. ONE OF THE VETS THERE HAS HIS VET LICENSE SUSPENDED AND AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL RECORD AND HE IS STILL WORKING THERE. PLEASE TAKE ADVICE FROM A STRANGER AND STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.
