Reviewer: Concerned dog owner

Very happy the 1st time taking my dog. 2nd time one ear was about 2" shorter than the other. Clippers used must have been dull because the whole cut was very choppy. They injured the cartilidge in one ear maybe when plucking hair. Paws were cut uneven. When calling to comment regarding the job done, the owner was very very defensive and basically blamed the dog for moving. Will NEVER return nor will I ever recommend this groomer.
