They lost our dog. We brought him in at 9:00 am, by 10:00 am they had let him out in their fenced area where there were two holes and he got out onto a very busy street. During our five hour search the neighbors told us this has happened before with It's a Pets world. Please don't trust these people with your dog. We lost our seven year companion.
