Horrible experience. Cold and uninterested help greeted me. Someone there told me I could have my dog bathed the day I picked her up. However, when I got there, after it was too late to make arrangements with another kennel, they told me they were booked and that they couldn't fit her in to bath her. I asked that since she was a geriatric dog, if they could limit the time she was outside because of the heat. But no, it was obvious she spent a lot of time out. When I received my dog back she was wet, limping and stank like dog poop. She was also absolutely listless for 2 days. Overall, I found it overpriced for the attention we received, rude and again, uninterested in the care of my dog.
