Disappointed (2007-12-26)
We had the worst experience at Royal Pet for the following reasons: we were actually called liars by one of the owners for requesting the price we were quoted over the phone for boarding, they said they would wash our pet's blankets and we were sent home with a blanket soaked in urine, they claim to feed your dog the way 'you' would want them to, however, our dog was not fed the way we would want since we were not sent home with the correct amount of food if they had, we were quoted a price of $20-35 for grooming and actually charged $40 and the job was extremely choppy - worst our pet has ever had.
I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking about boarding or grooming your pet at Royal Pet.
