  “My first and only trip to this groomer; They tried to charge me more for the grooming service than what was told to me on the phone. Said that my small poodle that weights 6 lbs was a large poodle. He's 10yrs old and NEVER had any other groomer said that. They were slow, no I mean SLOW, it took them 5hours to have my small poodle ready and the max it had every taken was 4hrs. Woman was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and go to any some else.”

  “Poor Service - if you wish to risk injuring your dog - go here. The groomers left soap in my dog's eye, and ears. When confronted their attitude is take it or leave it. Don't waste your money!”
