  “I have called this company twice to get my dog groomed. The first time the groomer had a problem at home and could not make it. I rescheduled for the next week and once again got a call from the groomer telling me she lost track of time and couldn't make the appt until much later than I scheduled. I am very disappointed and upset. Obviously this company needs to talk to the groomer about managing her time in a more efficient manner.”

  “Today Kea had a bath and trim with Aaron and as usual she looked beautiful! I have had Gwen, Amanda and Aaron and ALL of them have done a superb job. My dog is 10 and never had a bath away from home until last year. I appreciate your patience with her. Thank you, Gwen, Amanda, Aaron. Look forward to many years of great service.”

  “Tessa is a standard poodle who is not a fan of grooming. Aaron is very patient with her and will carry her to the van when necessary. We have used them for over 2 years and definitely recommend them”

  “works really well for us and the dog. Arron has a way with her that makes me feel secure. In fact he carries her to the truck because she won't go on her own and she isn't a small dog.”
