This place is awful. The old lady that runs the place actually threw my toy poodle across the room when she finished grooming him. (she had no idea I was still there) Stay away for your dogs on good

I Very rude on the phone when I called to check on my dog. I had an 11:30am appt and I called at 1:40 to check if i could pick her up soon. she responded she didn't know when she would be ready maybe an hour, it depended on how many people keep calling. A simple about an hour or so would have been sufficient.
