Dan, the trainer is an absolute creep. When we went to pick up our dog, one of his "tricks" for getting our lab to obey was grab him by the neck and throw him to the ground...suffice to say, I almost threw Dan to the ground.
To make matters worse, we went and picked up dog food like we normally do, I was told to I was "interrupting his class and to get out." Wow, was all I could say. After suggesting he was rude, he used foul language and asked if I wanted to hit him. This was all in front of a customer mind you. None the less Dan is a very cruel man.
Their food is a great price and the lady up front is very kind however, it is too bad that Dan finds it necessary to live life with a chip on his shoulder.
